Not too many updates today, but we did find that many problems (with new listings, photo upload, bumpz etc.) were caused by the browser’s cache. That’s why it has been really difficult for us to find, recreate and fix.
At around 9pm we renamed some files and that should eliminate all the issues.
Still having no RECENT LISTING updated on the HOME PAGE.
It updates on the SIGN IN page but NOT HOME.
admin says: It takes a few minutes as we cache everything. Just refresh in 10 mins or so.

Why is it that I did a swap on the 19/03/13. Both parties received their items and confirmed delivery. Obviously the next step is to leave feedback but the items are still in swaps in progress and not completed swaps. In addition when I click view I get a server error and that stupid looking dog.
And where it is the counter to indicate how many people have looked at my items??

Tim says: When you customise the homepage via the preference settings it does not refresh at all it just shows the same listings even after waiting several hours.
admin says: Make sure you press add button when selecting featured categories for homepage.

Tim says: It is adding the categories to the home page and displaying relevant listings initialy but just not displaying different listings for any of the selected categories when refreshed, i have tried it using the most common ones so they should be changing regular but dont.

tried a few times but gets listed in my swaps?…due to this my ads are being

my biggest fear at the mo is due to the ongoing problems we going to lose a good amount of top swappers……….
Different bunch of items, but not F5 refreshing and showing different things like the old home page on swapz 3…is this normal? or does it update everytime i sign in?
any swapper having probs listing wanted items. go into my account and click on my wishlist. this works fine.
this was pointed out by swapper x59y so top marks to that swapper. good man. nice to see we have swappers willing to help others.. now thats just 1 reason that makes this site far above others..hope this helps in some way. it certainly helped me,
